当前,很多开展短期培训业务的学校,在培训业务快速发展的同时,也面临对生源的吸引力不够、培训效果不理想、发展后劲不足等问题的困扰。笔者作为一名长期工作在培训教学一线的教师,对于学校短期培训业务的招生与后续教学管理有一定的思考。本文通过梳理这些思考形成文字,希望能够引起培训机构对培训对象的后续管理工作的重视。
At present, many schools that carry out short-term training business are facing the problems of lack of attractiveness of students, unsatisfactory training results and lack of development stamina while rapidly developing their training businesses. The author as a long-term work in the training of teaching front-line teachers, the school short-term training business enrollment and follow-up teaching management have some thinking. This paper forms the text by combing these thoughts, hoping to arouse the attention of training institutes to the follow-up management of the training target.
