1 我省专利工作的进展情况在党的“一个中心、两个基本点”的基本路线指引下,我省的专利工作取得了较大的成绩。截至1990年为止,全省累计专利申请2129件,占同期国内专利申请量的1.61％,在全国居第20位。六年间,专利申请量平均每年递增27.8％。专利申请量最多的单位是:大专院校是昆明工学院,共64件;厂矿企业是昆明钢铁公司,共55件;科研单位是昆明贵金属研究所,共37件;个人是昆明星火节能研究所所长杨光辉,共24件。
1 Progress of patent work in our province Under the guidance of the party’s basic line of “one center and two basic points,” the patent work in our province has made great achievements. As of 1990, the province had a total of 2,129 patent applications, accounting for 1.61% of the domestic patent applications in the same period, ranking 20th in the country. In six years, the average number of patent applications increased by 27.8% annually. The largest number of patent applications are: colleges and universities are Kunming Institute of Technology, a total of 64; factories and mines Kunming Iron and Steel Company, a total of 55; scientific research unit is Kunming Institute of Precious Metals, a total of 37; individuals are Kunming Spark Institute of Energy Director Yang Guanghui, a total of 24.
