目的 :分析雷公藤口服液总生物碱的含量。方法 :用醇提 -氧化铝柱层析 -紫外分光光度法测定雷公藤口服液中的雷公藤倍半萜类生物碱含量。结果 :平均回收率为 98.0 8% ,RSD为 0 .35 9% (n=5 )。结论 :适用于雷公藤制剂中总生物碱的含量测定
Objective: To analyze the total alkaloid content of Tripterygium oralis. Methods: The content of tripterygium sesquiterpenoids in Tripterygium wilfordii Oral Liquid was determined by alcohol - alumina column chromatography - UV spectrophotometry. Results: The average recovery was 98.0% with RSD of 0.35 9% (n = 5). Conclusion: It is suitable for the determination of total alkaloids in Tripterygium preparations
