温克勤,男,1936年9月生,天津市人。1957年至1962年在中国人民大学哲学系学习。毕业后先后在北京师院(现为首都师大)政教系、中共天津市委宣传部《学习通讯》杂志社、南开大学哲学系、天津社科院哲学所、伦理学所工作。1996年11月退休。退休前曾任哲学所、伦理学所所长、《道德与文明》常务副主编、主编。社会兼职主要有天津市社联常委、中国伦理学会理事、天津市伦理学会会长等。著有《中国伦理思想史》(合著)、《伦理百科辞典》(合著)、《伦理学简编》(主编)、《中国职业道德概论》(主编)、《管理伦理学》(主编)、《中华五千年美德》丛书(主编)、《中华名人与治国》(主编)、《毛泽东伦理思想的理论与实践》(主编)等,发表论文百余篇。所著《中华五千年美德》丛书、《社会主义市场经济与集体主义道德》论文获中宣部1993年度精神文明建设“五个一工程”入选项目奖。1991年获天津市“八五”立功奖,1992年十月享受国务院特殊津贴。
Wen Keqin, male, born in September 1936 in Tianjin City. From 1957 to 1962, he studied at the Philosophy Department of Renmin University of China. After graduation, he successively worked in the Department of Politics and Religion of Beijing Normal University (now Capital Normal University), Department of Philosophy and Ethics of Tianjin Academy of Social Sciences, Department of Philosophy of Nankai University, Propaganda Department of Tianjin CPC Committee. November 1996 retired. Before retirement, he served as director of philosophy institute, director of ethics, executive editor of “morality and civilization” and chief editor. Social part-time mainly Tianjin Municipal Committee of the Standing Committee, China Ethics Association, Tianjin Ethics Association and so on. He is the author of “History of Chinese Ethics” (co-author), Encyclopedia of Ethics (co-author), “Editors of Ethics” (chief editor), “Introduction to Chinese Occupational Ethics” (chief editor), “Management Ethics” , “China five thousand years of virtue” series (editor in chief), “Chinese celebrities and governing the country” (editor in chief), “Mao Zedong’s theory and practice of ethics” (editor), published more than 100 papers. The book entitled “China Five Million Years of Virtue”, “Socialist Market Economy and Collective Morality” was awarded the “Spirit of Five Projects” by the Central Propaganda Department for the year 1993. In 1991, Tianjin won the “85” Merit Award, and in October 1992, it enjoyed the special allowance of the State Council.
