老年人遭遇车祸属社会医学问题。这方面笔者未见报道。我们将唐山市3年间1987～1989年)车祸受害者老年人269例进行流行病学分析,以探讨其特点,为今后预防车祸发生提供一些参考。资料来源与方法根据唐山市公安交通警察支队提供的《交通事故报告表》、《交通事故月报表》、《交通事故月分析表》和其他统计材料,将唐山市(含10个县)1986年12月26日至1989年12月25日3年间车祸老年人致死致伤案例进行描述性流性病学分析。
