习近平总书记指出,“作为一个制造业大国,我们的人才基础应该是技工”“要大力培育支撑中国制造、中国创造的高技能人才队伍”。2016年底,人社部印发了《技工教育“十三五”规划》,这是我国首个技工教育五年规划。2017年,国务院印发的《“十三五”促进就业规划》和《关于做好当前和今后一段时期就业创业工作的意见》,都明确提出“大力发展技工教育”的要求。
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: “As a big manufacturing country, our talent base should be a mechanic.” We must vigorously cultivate a contingent of highly-skilled personnel that is supported by China and created by China. “ By the end of 2016, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has issued the ”Tenth Five-Year Plan for Technical Education“, which is the first Five-Year Plan for Technical Education in China. In 2017, the State Council promulgated the ”13th Five-Year Plan for Promoting Employment“ and the ”Opinions on Doing a Good Job in Employment and Entrepreneurship for the Current and Future Periods,“ all clearly put forward the requirement of ”vigorously developing mechanic education."
