党的十六大已经胜利闭幕了。我很荣幸列席了大会。对十六大报告,读了几遍,但读了不一定都读懂了,在有些问题上还要深入学习。根据我的初步学刁体会,准备就三个问题讲讲我的认识。第一个问题是对主题思想的认识;第二个问题是延安精神与十六大;第三个问题是反腐败问题。1、对主题思想的认识。我认为主题思想是鲜明的,举什么旗,走什么路,实现什么目标都讲清楚了。十六大报告指出:“大会的主题是:高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,全面贯彻‘三个代表’重要思想,继往开来,与时俱进,全面建设小康社会,加快推进社会主义现代化,为开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面而奋斗。”在这里面,历史的经验、面临的问题、美好的前景都讲了,值得我们反复思考,反复学习。
The 16th National Congress of the Party has already ended successfully. I am honored to attend the conference. The report to the 16th CPC National Congress has been read several times, but it may not always be understood when read, and further studied on some issues. According to my preliminary study, I am going to talk about my understanding on three issues. The first question is the understanding of the theme; the second is the Yan’an Spirit and the 16th CPC National Congress; and the third is the issue of anti-corruption. 1, the theme of understanding. I think the theme is clear, what flag to take, what road to go along and what are the goals to achieve. The report of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: “The theme of the conference is: Hold high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory and fully implement the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ make the future progress, advance with the times, build an overall well-to-do society, accelerate the socialist modernization, Special socialism. ”" In this context, historical experience, problems we face, and bright prospects are all spoken. It is worth our consideration and repeated study.
