社会战略管理决定国家、地区和组织全局的、根本的、长远的目标,实施社会战略管理,其目的是为国家、地区或组织可持续发展创造新的机会。对国家、地区和组织来说,必须着眼于社会发展的战略变革,引导社会成员的日常活动和社会行为,化解社会矛盾,协调社会关系,增进社会福祉,从而实现社会发展的既定目标。同时,在社会战略规划上还要体现整体结构功能,提高社会战略管理的科学化、规范化和高效化水平,推动社会协调健康和谐发展。
Social strategic management determines the overall, fundamental and long-term goals of countries, regions and organizations and implements social strategic management. Its purpose is to create new opportunities for the sustainable development of countries, regions or organizations. For the countries, regions and organizations, it is imperative to focus on the strategic changes in social development, guide the daily activities and social behaviors of social members, resolve social conflicts, coordinate social relations and enhance social welfare so as to achieve the stated goal of social development. At the same time, we should also embody the overall structural functions in social strategic planning, enhance the scientific, standardized and efficient social strategic management and promote harmonious and healthy social development.
