我厂为TJ 130系列汽车配套,生产的轮毂带制动鼓总成产品,年产量两万台以上。在精车制动鼓的工序中,当刀具切入工件的一瞬间,工件相对于定位座有一周向微动。由于工件的定位基准面是被压入轮毂的单列圆锥滚子轴承外圈之内圆锥面,其硬度HRC 60。同时又不能使定位座上的定位基准面硬度太高而损伤轴承外圈之内圆锥面。否则,定位座上的定位基准面会很快被磨损而整体报废。为此,我们把定位座的整体结构改为定位座本体和
