本文报导一例Leriche’s综合征的老年患者,用氨酰心安降压后导致肾动脉血栓引起无尿。患者男性70岁因无尿3日入院。14年前曾发生下壁心肌梗塞。11年前起有轻微间歇跛行。10年前经腰段动脉造影显示左髂外动脉及右股腘动脉阻塞而侧枝循环良好。因轻度高血压用环戍甲噻嗪每日0.5毫克已两年。 3日前血压240/115给氨酰心安片100毫克一
This article reports a case of elderly patients with Leriche’s syndrome, with atenolol-induced renal artery thrombosis caused by anuria. Male patient 70 years old due to anuritis on the 3rd admission. Downstream myocardial infarction occurred 14 years ago. There was a slight intermittent claudication 11 years ago. Ten years ago by lumbar arterial angiography showed the left external iliac artery and right femoral artery occlusion and collateral circulation well. Because of mild Hypertension epirubicin 0.5 mg per day has been two years. 3 days ago, blood pressure 240/115 to alanine tablets 100 mg one
