我国县级首家功能最全、规模最大的社会保险医院——临澧县劳动局社会保险医院开业。全国人大常委会副委员长李沛瑶为其题写了“中国社会保险”6个苍劲有力的大字;湖南省副省长周伯华为医院题名。省劳动厅、省社会保险局等单位领导为医院落成开业剪彩。临澧县从1991年10月起,作为湖南省医疗保险制度改革的试点县,在全省率先试行企业离退休人员医疗费社会统筹,统筹之前,该
China’s county first full-featured, largest social insurance hospital - Linqu County Labor Bureau Social Insurance Hospital opened. Li Peiyao, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, wrote 6 vigorous and powerful Chinese characters for “China’s social insurance.” Zhou Bohua, vice governor of Hunan Province, named the hospital. Provincial Labor Department, Provincial Social Insurance Bureau and other units for the opening of the hospital cut ribbon. Starting from October 1991, Lintao County, as a pilot county for the reform of the medical insurance system in Hunan Province, took the lead in piloting the social pooling and co-ordination of medical expenses for retirees in the province.
