闽西北山区是我省主要产粮区,由于地形复杂,气候差异大,有相当部分的地区其光热资源属于两季不足,一季有余,种植双季稻,往往受到秋寒的威胁而使晚稻减产,种植单季稻则又不能充分利用土地和光热资源;有些望天田由于秋旱也只能种植一季。为了充分利用光热和土地资源。在不适宜种植双季稻的地区,发展稻杂两熟,走水旱轮作的道路。我们在1979~1980年改制研究的基础上,于1984~1985年继续开展了本项试验,为山区产业结构调整,实行农牧结合,培肥地力,提高产量,提供科学依据。
