盆腔子宫内膜异位症累及膀胱者较少见,我科1978年6月～1991年12月共行盆腔子宫内膜异位症手术390例,其中累及膀胱者仅2例,占0.5%。现报告如下。病历摘要例1,37岁。因经期血尿伴下腹痛7年余,于1980年5月8日入院。平时月经周期准,行经期出现全程血尿,月经干净血尿亦止,其间怀孕及哺乳期无血尿出现,发作时无尿频尿急尿痛,无肾区疼痛及发热史。生育史:2-0-1-2。妇科检查:宫颈轻糜,宫体后位增大如孕50天大小,可动、无压痛,左下方可触及拇指大小肿块,质硬,压痛明显,右侧阴性。膀胱镜检查:左输尿管口上方有黄豆大粘膜隆起,表面 Pelvic endometriosis involving the bladder are less common, our department from June 1978 to December 1991 390 cases of pelvic endometriosis surgery, including only 2 cases of bladder involvement, accounting for 0.5%.
