目的了解新生儿泪囊炎的治疗。方法新生儿泪囊炎患儿132例150眼,男75例86眼,女57例64眼,单眼14例,双眼18例,年龄1～12个月,平均7.8个月,采用泪囊按摩法、泪道冲洗法、泪道探通术。结果泪囊按摩150眼,治愈12眼,治愈率8%;泪囊按摩+冲洗138眼,治愈20眼,治愈率14.5%;泪道探通术118眼,治愈114眼,治愈率96.6%。结论周岁内患儿经冲洗探通治疗,安全可靠,疗效高,泪道探通是迄今为止治疗新生儿泪囊炎最有效的方法。
Objective To understand the treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis. Methods A total of 132 children with neonatal dacryocystitis were enrolled in this study. There were 132 eyes of 150 neonates with dacryocystitis, 75 males and 86 females, 57 females and 64 eyes, 14 eyes and 14 eyes. Eighteen eyes (range, 1 to 12 months) , Lacrimal duct wash method, lacrimal duct exploration. Results The lacrimal sacs massaged 150 eyes and cured 12 eyes. The cure rate was 8%. The lacrimal sac was massaged + 138 eyes. The cure rate was 14.5%. The lacrimal duct exploration was performed in 118 eyes. The cure rate was 96.6%. Conclusion The children in the age of treatment by flushing exploration, safe, reliable, high efficacy, exploration of lacrimal duct is by far the most effective way to treat neonatal dacryocystitis.
