目的通过对39例临床诊断为多系统萎缩(MSA)的磁共振图像回顾性分析,进一步探讨MSA的影像特征。方法根据Gilman诊断标准(1)回顾性分析39例MSA患者的临床表现和头颅MR资料结果。结果 39例患者包括橄榄桥脑小脑变性(MSA-C型)28例,纹状体黑质变性(MSA-P型)10例和Shy-Drager综合征(MSA-A型)1例。结论 MSA是一组神经系统多部位变性综合征,MRI在MSA的影像诊断中具有较特异性征象,对MSA诊断有明显价值。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the magnetic resonance images of 39 patients with clinically diagnosed multiple system atrophy (MSA) to further explore the imaging features of MSA. Methods The clinical manifestations and MR findings of 39 patients with MSA were retrospectively analyzed according to Gilman diagnostic criteria (1). Results Totally 39 patients included 28 patients with olivopontocerebellar degeneration (MSA-C), 10 with substantia nigra degeneration (MSA-P) and 1 with Shy-Drager syndrome (MSA-A). Conclusion MSA is a group of multiple degeneration syndromes of the nervous system. MRI is more specific in the imaging diagnosis of MSA and has obvious value in the diagnosis of MSA.
