目的通过观察米非司酮配合中药治疗异位妊娠,探讨其疗效及安全性。方法将适合药物保守治疗的67例异位妊娠患者,随机分为氨甲蝶呤(MTX)治疗组、米非司酮治疗组、米非司酮配合中药治疗组,对比观察其疗效及安全性。结果氨甲蝶呤(MTX)治疗、米非司酮治疗和米非司酮配合中药治疗有效率分别为89.28%、66.66%和88.88%(两两比较P<0.01、P>0.05);不良反应发生率分别为57%、8.3%和7.4%(两两比较P<0.01、P>0.05)。结论米非司酮配合中药治疗异位妊娠疗效较好、副作用小。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 67 cases of ectopic pregnancy suitable for conservative treatment were randomly divided into methotrexate (MTX) treatment group, mifepristone treatment group and mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, and its efficacy and safety were compared . Results The effective rates of methotrexate (MTX) treatment, mifepristone treatment and mifepristone treatment with traditional Chinese medicine were 89.28%, 66.66% and 88.88% (P <0.01, P> 0.05 respectively); Adverse reactions The incidence rates were 57%, 8.3% and 7.4% (pairwise comparisons P <0.01, P> 0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy better efficacy, side effects.
