体能素质是体育教学的一项重要内容,只有一个人具备了良好的身体素质才能在生活和工作上发挥更大的潜能。因此对于体能的重视要从小进行,而学生进行体能训练主要是通过小学体育课堂进行的,随着社会竞争压力的增大,一些疾病也就出现了年轻化的趋势,在这种大背景下要将体能训练从小给予足够的重视。但是目前在小学课堂体能训练上还处于起步阶段,在教学方法和教学经验上还是有所欠缺的,所以需要更多的实践去总结相应的经验。
Physical fitness is an important part of physical education. Only one person has a good physical ability to exert greater potential in life and work. Therefore, the emphasis on physical fitness should be carried out from an early age, and students’ physical fitness training is mainly carried out through primary school physical education classrooms. With the increase of social competitive pressures, some diseases also appear younger and tend to be younger. Physical fitness training given enough attention. However, at present, it is still in the initial stage of physical training in primary school and there is still a lack of teaching methods and teaching experience. Therefore, more practice is needed to summarize the corresponding experience.
