病历摘要患者男,57岁。因发热、头痛、精神萎靡9天,便血及全身皮肤粘膜点片状出血9天,于1983年8月5日入院。患者系一菜农,入夏以来一直吃住在菜园内。10天前雨后受凉,次日突发高烧,全身酸痛不适、头痛,大队医生按“感冒”给予磺胺药和退热药治疗无效,体温持续在39～40℃,出汗多,精神萎靡,纳差。病后第三天,以“发热待诊”收住某乡医院,给予青霉素、链霉素和输液治疗,体温降至38℃。
