1980年以来,我局在规范化岗位培训中,严格遵守岗位标准,坚持正规办学,把岗位培训做为企业升级的契机。一、强化领导,制定政策,实现全局重点转移我局领导首先统一了思想认识,在理论上明确了岗位培训的性质、目的与意义所在。局长办公会议定,把岗位培训做为全局大事来抓,纳入日程,通盘考虑,并决定对岗位培训实行整体性领导。局成立了以主管局长为首的,由教育、人事、劳资、生产、技术、房管等有关部门领导参加的岗位培训领导小组,宏观调控全局岗位培训工作。根据管理权恨,各部门明确分工,各负其责。教育科统筹规划,
