女阴尖锐湿疣是由人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染引起的性传播疾病。近年来患者逐渐增多。以往治疗多采用5-Fu湿敷或软膏外涂,或以足叶草脂酊涂患处。也有用激光、冷冻治疗的。我科门诊采用腋臭治疗仪电切治疗女阴尖锐湿疣40例,术后随访25例,随访时间3个月～1年半。未见复发,疗效满意。现报告如下:1 临床资料 40例女阴尖锐湿疣患者均系1988年10月～1990年6月我科门诊病人,全部经临床确诊,其中5例临床表现不典型者经病理检查证实,5例经阴道镜检查.
