抗日战争胜利后,在中国共产党的领导下,波澜壮阔的人民解放战争以摧枯拉朽之势推翻了国民党蒋介石的独裁统治。在解放战争逐步走向胜利的光辉进程中,党中央秉持自力更生、艰苦奋斗的优良传统,领导各解放区大力开展军工生产,为前线作战提供了重要保证。大连建新公司即是在此期间创立和发展起来的。由于大连的特殊地位和优势,党中央充分认识到在大连进行大规模军工生产的重要性和可行性,及时向各解放区发出指示,派人到大连组织军工生产。回顾这一段历史,我们能够深刻体会到党在解放战争时期对军工建设的高度重视和正确决策。
After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, the magnificent People’s Liberation War overturned the dictatorship of Chiang Kai-shek, the Kuomintang’s KMT, in an influx of force. In the glorious course of gradually realizing the victory of the Liberation War, the CPC Central Committee upholds the fine tradition of self-reliance and hard work, and leads the liberated areas to vigorously carry out military and industrial production, providing an important guarantee for the front operations. Dalian built a new company that is created and developed during this period. Due to its special status and superiority, the CPC Central Committee fully realized the importance and feasibility of conducting large-scale military production in Dalian and timely sent instructions to the liberated areas to send personnel to Dalian to organize military production. Looking back this period of history, we can profoundly understand the party’s great importance and correct decision-making on the building of military industry during the War of Liberation.
