我厂现有四台蒸汽锅炉,其中北京锅炉厂生产的 SIP10—13型锅炉原燃烧方式是机械风力抛煤机加手摇翻转炉排,炉内是层状和悬浮的综合燃烧,大颗粒煤落在炉排上作层状燃烧,小粒煤沫被吹入炉膛空间呈悬浮燃烧。由于稍大的颗粒来不及燃尽就被引风视送出烟道排向大气,所以除了飞灰机械不完全燃烧损失较大外,其烟气黑度超标,一般在林格曼2~3级,至于人工拨火和清炉时,烟气黑度就更大,这不仅浪费能源,而且严重污染环境,工厂的职工和附近的居民深受其苦。为此厂里决定对其进行改造以消除烟尘污染。
