广西钟山县收藏爱好者梁永新先生收藏有清代光绪年间捐监生实收户部执照及监生名目监照各一张及公文信函一件,真实地记载了清代科举制度的一个历史层面。捐监生实收户部执照,发照时间为清光绪二十年七月十五日,发照单位为清廷户部,捐银钱收照者为广西富川县徐济材,捐银钱实收43两。执照还验证徐济材出身为俊秀,年龄为36岁,特征为身中面须,并验记其曾祖父、祖父、父亲之名。此执照长56厘米,宽48厘米,为楷体刻版印刷,上方印有满汉文户部
