辩论活动作为一项能够有效激励学生的受欢迎的课堂活动,能够培养学生辩论的技巧,发展学生的批判性思维,团队协作精神及观点表达等语言能力。笔者通过《新编大学英语》课程的教学实践证实了在大学英语教学中,课堂辩论活动的应用同样能够产生良好的教学效果,较好体现了大学英语教学大纲的要求,从而成为行之有效的教学方式。
As a popular classroom activity that can effectively motivate students, debate activities can develop students’ debate skills, develop students’ critical thinking, teamwork spirit, and expression of language skills.
