目的:研制治疗妇科炎症的阴道栓剂。方法:研究该栓剂的制备方法,建立质量标准和稳定性试验,根据新药要求进行局部刺激试验,在临床进行疗效观察。结果:该栓剂质量稳定,无局部刺激性,临床治疗妇科外生殖道炎症治愈率为85.71％以上。结论:妇外栓为纯中药制剂,抗菌谱广,疗效好,无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To develop a vaginal suppository for treating gynecological inflammation. Methods: The preparation method of the suppository was studied, the quality standard and stability test were established, the local irritation test was performed according to the requirements of the new drug, and the curative effect was observed in the clinic. RESULTS: The suppository was stable and had no local irritation. The cure rate of gynecological external genital tract inflammation was more than 85.71%. Conclusion: Fuyu Suppository is a pure Chinese medicine preparation, which has a broad antibacterial spectrum, good curative effect, and no adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
