目的:探讨血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和内皮素-1(ET-1)对肺癌病理类型的判断价值。方法:用放射免疫法对43例肺癌患者血浆CGRP和ET-1进行检测。结果:43例肺癌患者血浆CGRP和ET-1水平较正常对照组相比差异有显著性,在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中,鳞癌组和腺癌组血浆CGRP和ET-1升高幅度差异无显著性,而NSCLC与小细胞肺癌(SCLC)相比差异有显著性,其中NSCLC以ET-1升高为主,而SCLC以CGRP升高为主。结论:CGRP和ET-1对鉴别肺癌的病理类型有一定价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of plasma calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) in the pathological types of lung cancer. Methods: The plasma levels of CGRP and ET-1 in 43 patients with lung cancer were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: The plasma levels of CGRP and ET-1 in 43 patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than those in normal controls. In non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), the increase of plasma CGRP and ET-1 There was no significant difference between NSCLC and SCLC. NSCLC mainly increased ET-1, while SCLC mainly increased CGRP. Conclusion: CGRP and ET-1 have certain value in differentiating the pathological types of lung cancer.
