目的:分析川楝子挥发性成分。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME),并结合气相色谱-质谱(GCMS)联用技术萃取分析川楝子挥发性成分的组成,用面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:共鉴定出39种化合物,占总挥发性成分的74.12%,其主要成分为棕榈酸(24.02%)、3-叔丁基-4-羟基-苯甲醚(5.28%)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(3.83%)、3-(2-甲基-丙烯基)-1H-茚(3.25%)、2,3,5-三甲基萘(3.19%)、己酸(2.63%)等。结论:该试验结果可为川楝子的进一步开发利用提供科学依据。
Objective: To analyze the volatile components of Toosendan sinensis Methods: The constituents of volatile constituents of Toona sinensis were extracted by headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GCMS).
