目的分析影响介入放射工作人员剂量变化的各种可能因素,为介入放射学的防护提供科学依据。方法采用标准水体模对不同的操作条件下介入术者胸部的剂量率进行检测。结果术者的位置、防护条件、受检者体厚、球床距离、照射野、投照角度的变化均可能对操作者的剂量产生影响。结论根据剂量变化的特点,充分利用各项防护措施,尽可能降低介入操作者的剂量水平。
Objective To analyze the various factors that may affect the dose variation of interventional radiologists and provide a scientific basis for interventional radiological protection. Methods A standard water phantom was used to measure the dose rate in the chest of the interventionalists under different operating conditions. Results The position of the surgeon, the protective condition, the body thickness of the subject, the distance of the ball bed, the irradiation field and the projection angle may all affect the dosage of the operator. Conclusion According to the characteristics of dose changes, take full advantage of various protective measures, as much as possible to reduce interventional operator dose levels.
