农村民主建设是中国民主政治建设的重要组成部分，而村民自治则是农村民主建设的最有效形式。文章阐析了我国农村村民自治实践所取得的成效及存在的问题，并客观地分析了制约村民自治发展的主要因素，在此基础上有针对性地提出了推动村民自治健康发展的若干对策。
Rural democracy building is an important part of the construction of China’s democratic politics, and villager autonomy is the most effective form of rural democratic construction. The article analyzes the achievements and problems existing in the practice of self-governance of rural villagers in our country and objectively analyzes the main factors that restrict the development of self-governance of villagers. On this basis, it puts forward some countermeasures to promote the healthy development of villager self-government.
