国家计委最近通知各地区、各部门在编制1994年计划和1995年框架计划时,要注意以下几点:1.合理确定经济增长速度,坚持速度和效益的统一。既要充分发挥资源潜力,促进经济较快增长,又要注意稳妥,防止经济出现大的波动和明显通货膨胀。生产、建设、内贸、外贸等各项计划安排,要以国内、国际市场需求为导向,把提高经济效益放在首位。
Recently, the State Development Planning Commission informed all regions and departments in formulating plans for the 1994 and 1995 frameworks that they should pay attention to the following points: 1.
