一、前言国内一些平炉采用氧气顶吹缩短了熔炼时间,以提高钢产量,但也给平炉带来许多不利因素,如废气温度变高;废气量增大;炉顶浸蚀严重;炉顶积灰增多;散热效果差等,使平炉寿命缩短。国外先进平炉由于采用炉顶冷却风机(每座平炉安装44台)进行强制通风冷却,达到了冷却炉顶、延长寿命的效果。我国钢厂也曾进行过类似试验,在炉顶安装整体式通风道,结果证明吹风冷却效果不好,而且管道布置影响维修操作。而仿照
