本文介绍了福建三钢一炼钢厂100t复吹转炉的留渣双渣操作工艺。针对留渣操作冶炼中的喷溅,氧枪结冷钢等问题进行了深入的研究,优化了留渣冶炼的吹炼制度、造渣制度、温度制度等,使冶炼过程平稳顺行,减少了因大渣量导致大喷的发生。实践证明,实施留渣操作对转炉冶炼时的初期化渣和脱磷十分有利,不仅大大增强了脱磷效果,还可以提高出钢碳,从而降低了石灰消耗、脱氧剂消耗、降低钢铁料消耗、提高炉龄和出钢口龄,取得了显著的经济效益。
