本实验用自身对照法考察了哮喘患者单用氨茶碱及氨茶碱合用博利康尼后血清茶碱浓度的变化。按一室模型公式求算茶碱的有关药动学参数,实验结果表明:两药合用后,氨茶碱在体内的药动学参数无明显的变化,各组数据经t值检验,P值均大于0.05。提示临床可将两药合用以提高平喘效果。
This experiment with their own control method investigated asthma patients with aminophylline aminophylline alone and combined with berlitconazole serum theophylline concentration changes. The pharmacokinetic parameters of theophylline were calculated according to the formula of one-compartment model. The experimental results showed that the pharmacokinetic parameters of aminophylline did not change significantly in vivo after the two drugs were combined. The values of P value All greater than 0.05. Prompt clinical combination of the two drugs can improve asthma effect.
