工伤保险是社会保险制度中的重要组成部分,是国家和社会为在生产、工作中遭受事故伤害和患职业性疾病的劳动者及亲属提供医疗救治、生活保障、经济补偿、医疗和职业康复等物质帮助的一种社会保险制度。我国的《工伤保险条例》自2004年1月1日施行以来,已历时7年,为适应新的形势发展,2010年底,国务院公布了《国务院关于修改〈工伤保险条例〉的决定》,自2011年1月1日起施行。新修订的《工伤保险条例》(以下简称“新《条例》),对于社会经济发展中出现的新情况、新问题,新《条例》作了哪些调整和变化?对企业责任和经济负担有哪些变化?对工伤保险的实际工作提出了哪些新的更高的要求?1月7日,福建省人社厅工伤保险处负责人曹岁明应邀就上述一些问题作了较为详尽的解答。
