一、埃及汉语教学的主要基地埃及正规的中文教学始于20世纪50年代,历史并不短暂,可是当时只有几个人学习汉语,且人数长期没有增加。目前,在埃及全国上下通过各种渠道学习汉语的有近两千人,就一个人口仅六千多万的非洲国家而言,这已不算一个小数目了。在埃及,目前汉语教学主要有正规的大学办学和民间社团办学两个渠道。1.大学中文系办学埃及政府高等教育部于1958年批准艾因夏姆斯大学(以下简称艾大)语言学院试办中文班,1961年因故停办,先后招收了10多名学生。1977年恢复招生,并正式成立中文
