探讨实现结晶紫 - KIO4- NTA- Mn2 +体系的流动注射催化吸光光度测定痕量锰的条件 ,方法的检出限为 3× 1 0 - 4 μg.ml- 1 ,线性范围 0~ 8× 1 0 - 3μg.ml- 1 。采用停流法测定人发中锰的结果与石墨炉原子吸收法相近 ,回收率为 1 0 2 % ,RSD为 4 .2 % ( n=6) ,采样速率为 1 0次 .h- 1。
The determination of trace manganese for the determination of trace manganese by flow injection with crystal violet - KIO4 - NTA - Mn2 + system was investigated. The detection limit was 3 × 10 -4 μg · ml -1 and the linear range was 0 ~ 8 × 1 0 - 3 μg.ml-1. The results of stop-flow method for the determination of manganese in human hair are similar to graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with a recovery of 102%, a RSD of 4.2% (n = 6), and a sampling rate of 10 times .h-1.
