《格萨尔王传》是藏族人民集体创作的一部伟大的英雄史诗,这部口头史诗是草原农牧文化的结晶,在这部作品中生动地再现了藏族传统体育生龙活虎的姿态。藏族传统体育是藏族文化的重要组成部分。本文试图从《格萨尔王传》这部口头史诗来阐述西藏传统体育中的文化韵味。
The Biography of King Gesar is a great heroic epic that is collectively created by the Tibetan people. This verbal epic is the result of the culture of grassland farming and animal husbandry. In this work, the traditional Tibetan physical culture is alive and well reproduced. Tibetan traditional sports is an important part of Tibetan culture. This article attempts to elaborate the cultural charm of Tibetan traditional sports from the verbal epic of King Gesar.
