行动研究作为一种研究范式或者研究理念,已受到国际汉语教育界的关注,成为促进教师专业发展的重要途径,越来越多的教师希望从事行动研究。本文运用问卷法和访谈法对50位高校国际汉语教师行动研究现状和问题进行了调查与分析,并针对存在的问题探讨了应对策略,以期推进国际汉语教师的行动研究,丰富国际汉语教育研究方法,促进教师专业成长与发展。
Action research, as a research paradigm or research concept, has drawn the attention of the international Chinese education community as an important way to promote the professional development of teachers. More and more teachers hope to conduct action research. This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation and problems of 50 international Chinese teachers’ action research in colleges and universities by using the questionnaire method and interview method, and discusses the countermeasures for the existing problems so as to promote the action research of international Chinese teachers and enrich the research methods of International Chinese Language Education , To promote the professional growth and development of teachers.
