能源企业有着垄断性和战略性的特点,它的生产经营又与国家安全和百姓生活息息相关,这都反映了能源企业在国民经济中的特殊性和重要性。管理者全面、良好的素质是推动国有企业改革、保证能源企业可持续发展的重要因素。本文以新疆某石化企业为例,发现该企业中层管理者在工作过程中胜任能力存在的几点问题,并对提升中层管理者胜任能力提出建议。
The energy enterprise has the characteristics of monopoly and strategic. Its production and operation are also closely related to national security and people’s life. All these reflect the particularity and importance of the energy enterprises in the national economy. The full and good management of managers is an important factor in promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises and ensuring the sustainable development of energy enterprises. In this paper, a petrochemical enterprises in Xinjiang as an example, found that the middle managers of the enterprise competence in the work of the existence of several problems, and enhance the competence of middle managers to make recommendations.
