以海南砖红壤为供试土壤,分别加入不同浓度的Pb(0,50,100,200,400,800mgkg-1)模拟污染土壤,以赤子爱胜蚓(Eiseniafoetida)做接种蚯蚓,通过培养试验,研究了不同时期(30d、60d)蚯蚓在不同生长条件下对Pb污染土壤的反应,测定蚯蚓对土壤有机质、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾含量的影响。结果表明:蚯蚓活动促进了土壤有机质的矿化,显著提高了土壤中速效氮和速效磷的含量,对土壤的速效钾含量作用不明显。
The red soils of Hainan were used as tested soil, and the contaminated soils with different concentrations of Pb (0,50,100,200,400,800mgkg-1) were added to the soil. Earthworms were inoculated with Eisenia foetida. 60d) earthworm responses to Pb-contaminated soils under different growth conditions, and the effects of earthworms on soil organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium were determined. The results showed that: earthworm activity promoted the mineralization of soil organic matter, significantly increased the content of available nitrogen and available phosphorus, but had no obvious effect on the available potassium.
