所谓教学反思,是指教师对教育教学实践的再认识、再思考,并以此来总结经验教训,进一步提高教育教学水平。反思是一个持续的过程,反思者需要对实施过程中的变化保持敏锐,在评价时要客观地观察自己的工作能力。由于教师参与园本课程开发与实施的全过程,所以对关于专业方面的反思幼儿教师有着比较深刻的体会,通过反思他们可以促进自身专业的发展。本文主要从园本课程的设计,园本课程的实施过程,园本课程的实施效果以及教师对自己的监控评估这四个方面进行论述。
The so-called teaching reflection refers to teachers’ re-understanding of education and teaching practice, and then thinking, and in order to sum up experience and lessons to further improve the level of education and teaching. Reflection is a continuous process. Reflectors need to be sensitive to the changes in the implementation process and objectively observe their working ability in the evaluation. Because teachers participate in the whole course of the development and implementation of this course, they have a deeper understanding of kindergarten teachers who reflect on professional aspects and can reflect their own professional development through reflection. This article mainly discusses the four aspects of the design of the park-based curriculum, the implementation process of the park-based curriculum, the implementation effect of the park-based curriculum and the teacher’s own monitoring and evaluation.
