目的:探讨活血益气明目胶囊对视网膜变性性疾病的防治作用。方法:SD大鼠60只,随机分为阴性对照组、光化学损伤模型组、活血益气明目胶囊组。视网膜变性动物模型采用光化学损伤模型,光照后分别给予等量生理盐水或活血益气明目胶囊灌胃,14 d后,观察视网膜电图的改变,检测视网膜组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性内丙二醛(MDA)的含量,并进行视网膜透视电子显微镜和光学显微镜的组织学观察。结果:治疗后14 d,活血益气明目胶囊对实验大鼠光化学损伤后ERG a波及b波振幅的降低均有提高作用,活血益气明目胶囊组动物视网膜中SOD的活性显著高于光化学损伤模型组(P<0.01),而MDA的含量则显著低于光化学损伤模型组(P<0.01);通过视网膜透视电子显微镜和光学显微镜的组织学观察显示,活血益气明目胶囊组动物的病理组织学损害较光化学损伤模型组明显减轻。结论:活血益气明目胶囊是一种治疗视网膜变性性疾病的有效中药复方制剂。
Objective: To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of Huoxueyiqimingmu capsule on retinal degenerative diseases. Methods: 60 SD rats were randomly divided into negative control group, photochemical injury model group and Huoxue Yiqi Mingmu capsule group. Photochemical damage model was used in animal model of retinal degeneration. After irradiation, the same volume of normal saline or Huoxue Yiqi Mingmu Capsule was given to the stomach. After 14 days, the changes of electroretinogram were observed to detect the superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the retina. The content of active malondialdehyde (MDA) was studied, and the histological observation of retinal fluoroscopy electron microscopy and light microscopy was performed. RESULTS: After 14 days of treatment, Huoxue Yiqi Mingmu Capsule had an increase effect on the decrease of ERG a and b wave amplitude after photochemical damage in experimental rats. The activity of SOD in the retina of Huoxue Yiqi Mingmu Capsule Group was significantly higher than that of photochemistry. The injury model group (P<0.01), while the content of MDA was significantly lower than the photochemical injury model group (P<0.01); the histological observation of the retina fluoroscopy electron microscope and light microscope showed that the Huoxue Yiqi Mingmu capsule group of animals Histopathological damage was significantly less than that of the photochemical injury model group. Conclusion: Huoxue Yiqi Mingmu capsule is an effective Chinese medicine compound preparation for treating retinal degenerative diseases.
