目的:测定不同生长期光泡桐叶中齐墩果酸含量。方法:采集西安5,6,7,8,9,10和11月光泡桐叶进行高效液相色谱含量测定,色谱条件:色谱柱为HIMADZU VP-ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸-三乙胺(80∶20∶0.02∶0.03),流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长为210nm。结果:不同生长期光泡桐叶在10月份齐墩果酸含量最高。结论:光泡桐叶不同生长期齐墩果酸的含量是不同的,故在实际应用时应根据不同需要适时采收。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of oleanolic acid in Paulownia leaves in different growth stages. Methods: The paulownia leaves in Xi’an in 5,6,7,8,9,10 and 11 months were collected for HPLC determination. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: column HIMADZU VP-ODS (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was Acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid-triethylamine (80:20:0.02:0.03) with a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1 and a detection wavelength of 210 nm. Results: The content of oleanolic acid was highest in October at different growth stages. Conclusion: The contents of oleanolic acid in different growth stages of P. tomentosa leaves are different, so it should be timely harvested according to different needs in practical application.
