结节病(Sarcoidosis)又称肉样瘤病,Boeck肉样瘤、Schaumann良性淋巴肉芽肿病和Besnier冻疮样狼疮。是一种病因不明可发生于全身多系统多器官的疾病,常侵犯肺及肺门淋巴结,口腔颌面部单独发病较为少见,本病最早在1875年由Hutchinson首先叙述,1899年由Boeck命名[1]。一般认为口腔病变好发于唇、颊、舌等处,症状不明显,容易误诊误治[2]。近期我院收治上唇多形性腺瘤伴发结节病一例,报告如下。患者,女,63岁。患者于两个月发现上唇部肿物,伴有轻 Sarcoidosis, also known as sarcoidosis, Boeck’s sarcoma, Schaumann’s disease, and Besnier frostbite-like lupus. Is a disease of unknown etiology that can occur in multiple systems and multiple organs of the body. Often infringe on lung and hilar lymph nodes, oral and maxillofacial disease is rare, the disease was first described in 1875 by Hutchinson first described in 1899 by Boeck named [ 1]. Generally believed that oral lesions occur in the lips, cheeks, tongue and other places, the symptoms are not obvious, easy misdiagnosis and mistreatment [2]. Recent hospital admitted upper lip pleomorphic adenoma with sarcoidosis cases, the report is as follows. Patient, female, 63 years old. Patients found upper lip tumor in two months, accompanied by light
