目的:对于基层医院感染管理的现状进行总结分析,从而对于所存在的问题进行改进与指导。方法:以医院感染管理的相关医疗规范及条例为考查标准,检查,评估了27所基层医院对于感染的管理情况,针对监察中出现的问题,给予相应改进指导与措施要求。结果:在基层医院中,感染管理的实施情况,普遍存在着形势化严重的问题。医疗工作者的对于感染问题认识浅薄,管理操作执行力差,多环节流程管理控制不到位,给患者及医院带来了医疗隐患。结论:提高人员素质及感染管理意识,综合改善制度规范,管理资源的合理配置,有助于减少医院感染性问题的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize and analyze the status quo of primary hospital infection management so as to improve and guide the existing problems. Methods: Based on the relevant medical norms and regulations of nosocomial infection management, we examined and evaluated the management of infection in 27 grass-roots hospitals. In response to the problems that occurred during the surveillance, we improved the guidance and measures required. Results: The implementation of infection management in grassroots hospitals generally posed a serious situation. The awareness of medical workers for the infection is superficial, management operation is poor, multi-link management and control is not in place, bringing patients and hospitals medical risks. Conclusion: Improving the quality of personnel and awareness of infection management, improving the system standard and managing the rational allocation of resources will help to reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
