随着课外体育活动的广泛开展,通常采用的“一班一队制”的年级篮球比赛办法,已无法满足同学们的参赛欲望了。最近,我们学校在年级篮球竞赛中采用“一班四队”的竞赛办法,收到了较好的效果。竞赛方法:一班挑选二十八人组成甲、乙、丙、丁四个队,其中三个男生队,一个女生队。每队两人替补。在比赛前五分钟,把本班出场比赛名单、顺序交给裁判,规定最后一场比赛须是女生队。双方按出场顺序进行比赛。双方甲队比赛15分钟后,全部下场;由双方乙队上场比赛,15分钟后全部下场;由双方丙队上场,比赛15分钟后全部下场;由双方女生队
