目的 :研究黑曲霉对小鼠耐缺氧能力和耐热力的影响。方法 :设立实验组和对照组 ,实验组给予黑曲霉 ,对照组给予等量生理盐水。给药后对实验动物进行缺氧试验和耐热实验。结果 :实验组动物的耐缺氧能力和耐热力均明显高于对照组 ,组间有显著差异。结论 :黑曲霉对实验动物具有提高耐缺氧和耐热力的作用。
Objective : To study the effects of Aspergillus niger on hypoxia tolerance and heat tolerance in mice. Methods: The experimental group and the control group were set up. The experimental group was given Aspergillus niger and the control group was given the same amount of normal saline. After the administration, the animals were subjected to hypoxia test and heat resistance test. Results: The hypoxic tolerance and heat resistance of the experimental animals were significantly higher than those of the control group. There were significant differences between the groups. Conclusion : Aspergillus niger has the effect of improving hypoxia tolerance and heat resistance in experimental animals.
