专科英语教学过程要求“突出实际应用,加强语言实践能力的培养”,然而以读、译为主的书面交际难以满足语言的社会功能和学习者的交际需求。听说能力作为语言运用能力的重要方面在教学中应得到足够的重视。本文结合二语习得理论,分析听说在第二语言能力形成过程中的重要性,并探索提高专科生英语听说能力的有效途径。 College English teaching process requires “highlighting the practical application and strengthening the cultivation of language practice ability”. However, it is difficult to meet the social function of language and the communicative needs of learners by reading and translating written communication. Listening and speaking skills as an important aspect of language proficiency should receive enough attention in teaching. Based on second language acquisition theory, this article analyzes the importance of listening and speaking in the formation of second language competence and explores effective ways to improve the listening and speaking ability of English majors.
