为了提高1Cr18rNi9Ti不锈钢管、板(带)材、或异形材料的表面光洁度及耐腐触性,并使基体暴露便于检查,采用电抛光是最理想的加工方法。从目前生产中应用的情况来看,所用的电解液都是以磷酸为主,很少采用其他类型的电解液。但磷酸价格昂贵、废液回收困难,国内市埸尚不能大量供应,为此,从经济观点和技术可能性考虑,寻求具有良好抛光效果的价廉而又料广的电解液,是一项重要工作。

However, phosphoric acid is expensive, waste liquid recycling difficulties, the domestic market is not yet available in large quantities, for this reason, from the economic point of view and the possibility of technology, to seek a good polishing effect of inexpensive and widely expected electrolyte, is an important jobs.
