1989年金秋,黑龙江省艺术学校迎来了建校30周年纪念日。30年来,在党和人民政府亲切关怀、领导下,这所学校艰苦创业,努力求索,克服重重困难办学,现已发展成为一所拥有京剧、评剧、舞蹈、地方戏、编剧、舞美、声乐、器乐等11个专业的综合性的艺术学校,被誉为培养艺术人才的“苗圃”,而受到省内各艺术剧团的密切关注。迄今为止,该校共为我国艺术界输送了大约2000多名艺术人才。他们遍布全省各地,在黑龙江省内已经形成了一支颇有影响的艺
